Training and Development

  • $5,000 annual budget towards training and education per year ~ May also be used to cover the cost of your time to attend training

Technology Allowance

  • $75 per month for cell phone services
  • $60 per month for Internet Service Provider (ISP)

Personal Time

  • 25 Personal Days (200 hours)
  • 10 Federal Holidays (80 hours) ~ BES is officially closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
